History:

Ophelia is nowhere near being up for the throne of Erebus. In fact, the throne of Erebus is mostly a ceremonial thing now, seeing as how the planet is now governed by a 14 person council. Think of the Haus of Ramen as a sort of...low budget version of the current Royal Family. So while there is a throne, and there is a royal line, she's somewhere near the very bottom of it. It would take a tragedy of epic levels for Ophelia to be crowned Queen. She is, as of the moment, a Lady of New Elysium and patron of the East Eden Conservatory.

As such, she's had a slightly privileged life in the public eye and has made the most of it. She's the lead singer of the band Carnival of Corpses, alongside her instrument playing brother Lord Wallace Osvaldo Patrick Ranunculus Mesmer the IV, and they have made it a point never to say no when Princess Lucira "asks" for a favor from their band.

Personality:

Ophelia is a quick study, whatever instrument you put in front of her, she makes it a point to learn everything she can about it. She wants to get somewhere in the universe that has nothing to do with her lineage, and she's determined to do it. Still, she knows her place in the realm of the Hauses, and takes it seriously. If someone 'asks' for a favor, unless it'll utterly destroy her or her family, she's bound to do it. There may be a roll in her eye, but she'll do it.

Threaten her brother, though? Yeah, you've got some violence coming your way. Don't let her stature or who her family is fool you. She's clawed some people up.

A few members of the Haus of Ramen are born with a sort of hypnotic ability, for Ophelia and her brother, it spread between the two of them. It's weak when they're on their own, just low-key stuff. But together, it's like a siren call.

Why are you bringing this character into this setting on a temporary basis?
Ophelia will be one of the performers in the festival, both on her own as a solo singer and as part of the band Carnival of Corpses. She knows both Lucira and Kaz, as the Hauses are all in affiliation with another, although the Haus of Ramen is one of the lesser ones.
